Summer Training Course Summary by Level and Type


Select a course that applies to the training level you will have completed by the end of the current training year. Please consult your level traning leader if you are unsure.

(1) A prerequisite for the Power Pilot Scholarship is that cadets must be 17 years old before 1 September of the year of the course.
(2) A prerequisite for the Glider Pilot Scholarship is that cadets must be 16 years old before 1 September of the year of the course.
(3) A prerequisite for the Leadership and Ceremonial Course is that cadets must be 15 1/2 years old before 1 January of the year of the course.
(4) A prerequisite for being a part of the International Air Cadet Exchange is that the cadet must be 17 years old before 1 August of the year of the course, and must have completed proficiency level 5.
(5) A prerequisite for being a Staff Cadet is that the cadet must be 16 years old before 1 January of the year of the course.
